What is craniosacral therapy?

Craniosacral Therapy addresses the deep seated tensions in the body.  It is a gentle, hands on treatment that can be done fully clothed. The Central Nervous System (the brain, surrounding membranes, spinal cord, fascia, and nerves) are the conductors of the symphony in your body.  If one section (system i.e. vascular, lymphatic, internal organ, etc) slows down or is out of tune, it throws the whole song off.  Craniosacral therapists are trained to listen to the Primary Respiratory Mechanism (PRM) of the body.  *Breathing is your SECONDARY respiratory system to give you an idea of the importance of the PRM.* By listening to these rhythms, balance can be restored to function of the ENTIRE body.  Not just the muscles.

Craniosacral therapy can help with concussion recovery, Traumatic Brain Injury(TBI), vertigo, migraines, headaches, TMJ, hormonal disruption, lack of energy, sleep disturbances and insomnia, recovery from surgeries including joint replacements, fibromyalgia, gastrointestinal issues, and SO much more.  When you restore balance, vitality returns.  Take the first step towards balance and feeling your best!

More about Reiki

Transcend Header Website (3)

Reiki is an ancient Japanese healing art that uses Universal Energy to release trapped or blocked energy in the body, thereby restoring the flow. Unexpressed emotions can be stored in the body and distort energy flow as well, causing the body dis-ease. We are all made of atoms or energy, so that same substance can be used to heal our energy fields.   Reiki allows the practitioner to feel these blocks and remove them.  It can also be used to clear spaces of negative energy.  Addressing the body, mind, and soul aspects is vital to healing.

Integrative Body Work

Integrative body work restores proper function and movement to all levels of the body.  It ensures proper articulation of the joints through joint mobilization and other manual treatment methods.  Visceral manipulation can be performed on the internal organs to regain peak function.  Difficult periods, cramps, digestive issues, recurring bladder irritation etc can be addressed with this technique.  The use of prescription drugs can often be lessened or discontinued with integrative body techniques. Usually a series of treatments are required, depending on the issue.  Symptoms are usually greatly reduced or alleviated with restoration to proper function over time.

Somatic Coaching

Learn to listen to the messages of your body and release stored emotions held within.   Anxiety often comes from unexpressed emotions. Depression is often the result of storing these unexpressed emotions.  Give your body the gift of learning to listen to its messages and see your health and mental wellness improve.

Jeri Lynn is very intuitive and was able to help relieve my neck and shoulder pain. I appreciate that she utilizes her intuition and does not use a "one method for all" approach. I definitely will be going back to her on a regular basis. -Anonymous
